to log in and upload your own content. This is possible using the Media Matters Technology 'Content Management
System', or 'CMS'. Whether you're managing rich media, such as video or authoring a text
based project, our CMS gives you the tools to keep things up do date.

As an example, you may have traditionally duplicated or replicated a quarterly CD or DVD disc sent out to

50,000+ contacts. This involves authoring or editing of a previously authored disc, duplication of 50,000 +
discs, disc packaging and of course carriage. An expensive endeavour – especially so if your content can
realistically be housed within a web-based system. Equally the cost of each quarterly duplication will remain
constant within market conditions. With our CMS, consumable, packaging and carriage costs are saved. You
pay for an initial development, an annual hosting fee and have the option of maintenance and support - all
tailored to your individual requirement, bringing the costs of the project right down.
