CD-R and DVD-R Duplication
The duplication process "burns" your content directly to CD-R or DVD-R media, your discs are then printed directly to the surface of the disc. Typically CD-R and DVD-R media are used for shorter runs of 1000 discs and below. But when time is short CD-R and DVD-R media are used for longer runs.

CD ROM and DVD ROM Replication
The replication process is a factory based process for larger production requirements. Using a glass master, the replication process "stamps" out each metal layer of a CD ROM or DVD ROM disc, this layer is then encapsulated with in the plastic disc. The finished disc is then printed by high speed printing systems.

Replication typically becomes the cheaper choice for over 1000 units.
